I have been with the YMCA for 24 years (since the age of 18) giving service to communities as a leader and advocate for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Over the past 15 years I have been involved in church as a youth pastor, young life leader and community advocate. It has been a pleasure working in the Rockford community where we have opportunity to serve more than 48,000 individuals each year. Today I serve the YMCA of Rock River Valley as the President & CEO. In addition, I am an adjunct professor for both Springfield College and Judson University, with current work as a PHD in Public Service Leadership with a concentration in Leadership.
