About
Nationwide evaluation of commercial real estate across a broad range of asset classes for purpose of acquisition, income generation, and resale. Design and produce forward looking financial statements to be used by company directors for promotion of the company in the capital market community. Communicate directly with Real Estate Agents, Appraisers, and Property Managers. Provides valuation reports and recommendations to company directors with a focus on quantifiable investment returns, and risk identifiers. Assist in bookkeeping, accounting, and internal processing as needed.
