I love being a matchmaker! After years of full cycle recruiting, I still enjoy working with clients, both old and new, to deliver qualified professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers. We meet all of our candidates and clients face to face and try to make the best match possible. We believe that there really is "a lid for every jar"! I have had the opportunity to meet people that are innovating in the tech space in the Puget Sound at companies in every stage from start ups to Fortune 500s. My job is so inspiring and fun!
