Presented a two hour seminar on Leadership to LSSU adminstration and staff in 2010. Wrote a research paper titled "The Effects of Culture on Decision-Making" while a senior at LSSU in which I studied culture in business, decision-making, and interviewed participant's to determine whether the type of culture in a company effects the ability and type of decisions managers can make.
