As an organizational change leader, I've spent 15+ years helping teams succeed and organizations reinvent themselves. I help organizations, teams, and individuals collaboratively design systems that combine lean thinking and agile approaches to deliver maximum organizational effectiveness. My career has spanned both technology and business. I feel fortunate to have found my calling as a coach and I'm passionate about making a difference in other peoples lives. I can’t think of any practice or skill that is more powerful or contributes more to the growth and development of an individual/team, and subsequently an organization, than effective coaching.
