I am currently a data scientist who focuses on mining large-scale data for useful and actionable insights on consumer behaviors. In particular, my works aim at proposing novel machine learning (ML) models which can learn from transaction data a wealth of knowledge on both consumers and products themselves. For instance, my models can learn: (i) consumer's trait (e.g. whether he/she is brand addictive), (ii) consumer's preference (which product groups he/she is interested in and which brands he/she prefers), and (iii) which hidden factors of products actually lead to their adoptions.
