UKP-PPP reported directly to the President of Indonesia and supervised ministries key to national development. LAPOR! is the first integrated national complaint handling system in Indonesia: lapor.ukp.go.id
• Led administrations team managing and verifying all citizens’ complaints and aspirations, as well as delivered those reports to relevant government institutions
• Analyzed response rate and quality from government institutions, conducted debottlenecking actions to enhance response quality and speed from relevant government institutions to incoming citizens’ reports. Response rate to citizens’ reports keep increasing, with 83% of reports has been responded (data by July 20.
