I am a professional working in the field of Intellectual Property Right for over 5 years now. I entered into the interesting field of Intellectual Property after accomplishing my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and my Masters in Personnel Management. Venturing into the world of Intellectual Property in January of 2009, I had the opportunity of being exposed to have hands on experience on drafting of Patents, various patent searches ranging from Novelty searches, Freedom-to-operate (Clearance) searches, replying to Office Actions and handling oppositions.
