A prominent figure in the insurance industry, Mitch Blaser brings nearly 40 years of experience to his role as the Chief Operating Officer of Ironshore, Inc., an insurance firm founded with $1 billion of private equity in 2006. Maintaining domestic and international offices, the firm provides casualty and property insurance to a wide range of clients around the world. In addition to his role as COO of the firm, Mitch Blaser functions as the Chief Executive Officer of the company’s Bermuda arm, Ironshore Bermuda. He also oversees IronServe, the Ironshore outsourcing initiative conducted in partnership with Genpact.
