Since 2009 I've worked as an Assistant Professor at IESE Business School –University of Navarra, Spain-in the managing People in Organizations Department. I've taught MBA's, Executive EMBAs and Global Executive MBAs (in 2014 I've participated in the launching of the first GEMBA IESE America's Track). I also teach in Execuive Programs and Custom programs.
I currently serve as the Research Director of the International Center for Work and Family, a research Center with collaborators in 23 countries (http://ifrei.iese.edu/en)
