HR Business Partner:
• Acts as a strategic business partner while building strong relationship, providing consultancy and guidance to line managers regarding HR policies and labour law issues.
• To be the first contact and assist with all managers and employees on HR related issues on field by collecting feedback from employees to support the HR processes
• To conduct all of the organizational improvement processes (performance appraisal, job description, employer branding, employee satisfaction etc.) and required organizational changes (hiring, promotion, transfer, re-structuring processes etc.)
