About
Leading the Radio Performance and Optimisation team in the central region within the United Kingdom extending from Birmingham in the south till Leeds in the North, this includes all technologies; 2G, 3G and LTE in Huawei, Ericsson and ALU RANs.
- Managing a team of Radio Specialists having very diversified cultures and skills;
- Redesigning the whole radio network to match the modernization requirements of the beacon project, where we remove all legacy (old) equipment, replacing it with new state-of-the-art equipment, and sharing this new equipment with Telefonica, whilst maintaining our KPI targets for both operators to stay in competition with the rest of OPCOs;
