He is a Kaizener involved in applying and innovating quality approaches to ensure reliability and effectiveness of safer patient care in both hospitals and primary care centers. He is currently working as a Quality and Patient Safety Coordinator in Security Forces Hospital Program Makkah (SFHPM) - a newly developing hospital in the western region of Saudi Arabia. He is responsible for coordination of both accreditation and risk management functions throughout the Security Forces Hospital Program and Security Forces Primary Care Center.
