I am passionate about good quality products being used to their best potential. I am demanding not only of my team but of myself. Always looking to improve all areas of service, I lead from the front and by example. I especially enjoy the challenge of buying the best products I can find and then keeping the food cost on target and exceeding budgets. I enjoy developing people and discovering their talents by allowing them to achieve their best potential whilst creating happy and balanced teams by looking after them and their interests. I like the challenges given to me to test my creativeness and love the buzz of working in a busy environment and the rewards I receive from that.
