Jan 2012 – Current , Alexbank (Bank of Intesa Sanpolo) MIS Specialist, Retail Collection Strategy Unit Retail Collection & Recovery Department -Responsible of creating all delinquency performance reports across buckets. Generate and develop KPI reports to measure performance of portfolio from various dimensions, by products, net flows reports, Collections Effectiveness index, delinquencies by buckets etc. -Using MIS application and data mining tool to develop and extract indicative delinquency reports from the core banking system to monitor performance of employers and take appropriate actions with respective departments. - Provide business partners across department with ad hoc r.
