Mr. Mohammad Rafi Qazizada is a young professional consultant for agricultural advisory, food and nutritional security, value chain analysis, social research, project management, change management, proposal writing, organizational analysis and realignment, curriculum development, training of trainers, feasibility studies, evaluation and impact assessment. He has a strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, and excellent command of both written and spoken in three languages (English, Dari, Pashtu). He has graduated with Master Degree in Management of Development – Rural Development &Food Security from the Netherlands and B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from Kabul Univer
