Mr. Mohammed BELLAL is a Lecturer at “The Informatics National Higher School” (ESI), formerly “The Informatics National Institute” (INI), Algiers, Algeria.
He has been teaching English for 28 years (1981–2009) to 1st and 3rd year undergraduate students.  
He started research in e-Learning in 2008. 
His current research is in the field of e-Learning. He is particularly interested in scenarios design (instructional design) and simulation-based learning activities (Game-based Learning). 
He designed a project “e-Late” (e-Learning Activities for Technical English). 
He started directing undergraduate dissertations of engineers-to-be students in Informatics, in 2007.
