Hi to all :-) My base is adult education and organisational developer. My career startedt as Associated Professional Officer at the UN/FAO, Rome for Education and Training, then I continued as Projectmanager at GIZ, Germany for E-learning and communication; now I am still continuing my Projectmanagement as well as free lance training and consultancy in areas of change, team building or strategy development. I love training social skills like presentation, selfmotivation or selfmanagement. To work "online" in virtual constellations as well as "face to face" fascinates me.
