I've been working to food industries (Quality and Production) for about 7 years. Therefore, I have acquired knowledge of Internal Auditor of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015,HALAL and its principles, how process for solution or prevention of problems compromising product/process quality, testing ideas and taking corrective action and production process.
Knowledge about 3Gen(Genb-Real Place,Genbutsu- Real Thing, Genjitsu- Actual Situation) , PDCA,5S(Sort,Stabilize,Shine,Standardise,Sustain), FEFO / FIFO; Labeling; training; description and review of standard procedures; food plant sanitation and laboratory techniques (physical-chemical and microbiological analysis).
