Adrian Sundiata has an effective gift for interpreting new ideas in the behavioral sciences and making them understandable, practical and valuable to professionals and general audiences alike. Mr. Sundiata has been a tireless vanguard for social change for under privileged and underserved children in the Charlotte area for over 20 years and has most recently been in a position to serve the community as the dean of students at Crossroads Charter High School. Adrian Sundiata's belief and measured success has been founded on a philosophy that the entire child has to be nurtured and educated. Mr. Sundiata brings fresh and new ideas to the fore front regarding behavioral science. His research an
