Being RPM control and manage end to end delivery of 3G sites from design of network till commercially on air and customer acceptance. Successfully achieved delivery targets timely and jorted down the issue and risk to avoid any delay. Keep an eye at end to end planning and execution phases and well control the project to close targetss. Supervise and plan swap for baluchistan from E// to Huawei. RPM for 4G project in south region and close the targets on time.
