• Plan and execute various audit components • Investigate audit report output and identify barriers and root causes • Work with stakeholders in ensuring that quality focus is pushed upstream • Provide effective product Quality feedback • Document the processes that are being executed within the department • Provide quality measurement reports on an agreed schedule • Record and Report compliance/noncompliance of standards • Develop and present solutions for overall product quality improvements • Customer Support Escalation & Resolution
