During my past jobs I take these responsibilities • Microsoft Networks Administration & Troubleshooting . • Respond to Client and employees requests (by phone, email, and person) • Planning for network infrastructure (Remote access – Group policy – Update – Backup ) • Installing , configuring and upgrading operating systems and software programs. • Installing and configuring computers, monitors, and any related hardware such as printers, scanners. • Support client using the ITIL Principles & concepts • Installing ,configuring & Managing SSL certificate between servers
