My current project involves R & D and benchmarking for alignment & variant calling over the human Y chromosome for geneology related projects. 3. Worked as a Bioinformatics Research Scientist at Eureka Genomics. I used Perl, python, C++, sql, bash, etc to design algorithms to analyze next generation sequencing data at various levels depending upon the project requirement.
