Graduated with honors from Transcarpathian State University with a Degree in Law; a Graduate of the New Generation Leaders’ Winter School, Kyiv, the International Leadership Academy (Germany), the American Institute for Political and Economic Systems (Prague), a member of Young Diplomats Forum (Poland). Since 2001 received scholarships and awards for active public participation and successes in study, the winner of George August’s grant in 2004.
