The versatility of my long career has taught me that all problems have solutions. Some solutions are easier to find than others, some are more expensive than others; both speed and cost are related to the problems’ complexities and to the management capabilities.
In this sense, we are all managers and our managerial level is determined by our ability to assess situations by finding the relationships between the elements that compose them and the elements that resolve them. The higher the complexity and ambiguity of those relationships, the higher management levels of capability would be needed to address them.
