I facilitate change because I reflected backwards and connected the dots on my quest for identity and change, a journey that took me on the most deadly migration route in the world, across the central Sahara desert, from West Africa to Scandinavia, and found 12 key stages of a life cycle that also relates to the journeys of change that individuals, groups, organizations and communities go through in pursuit of their goals.
