I consider Innovecs as a great challenge and thus, great journey since I have been an activfe contributor from the very beginning.
We built the company from the ground up on highly competitive market. For 3 years we managed to start more than 30 cutting age projects, requiring non-standard engineering solutions and hired more than 300 top-level engineers.
Now, Im responsible for driving company growth through management of multiple departments (HR, Recruitment, Resourcing, Marketing, Corporate Delivery, Corporate Development) and Lab Services Business Unit (100+ people).
