Continues to provide legal counsel to institutional clients obtained in 2007 and 2008 as well as a few small businesses. Began successful (though voluntary and without prior experience) lobbying efforts regarding parental rights and began litigating on behalf of parents and children with open cases with the Tennessee Department of Children's Services.
