I love people (and their problems!). I have gathered vastly diverse experience during my 15+ years in OD and OE leadership roles.
Operationally, I have managed departments of up to 15 people and I believe I have a particular ability to align people-functions to key business objectives and to spark creativity and strategic execution in others.
