Neal is a senior UX professional with a passion for creating great work. He has over 20 years experience from both an agency and an in-house perspective. He is a rare talent who can combine a wide range of creative and technical skills with his ability to lead an end-to-end UX process. Following a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design & Illustration from Newport College of Art & Design, Neal was part of the original team at Global Beach in 1996 creating web sites and multimedia applications for blue chip clients such as BT, Jaguar, Porsche UK and Bayer.
