Prior to Premera Neal served as the Director of Behavior Interventions for Resolution Health after the NewSof Group was purchased by Resolution Health. Neal was the CEO of the NewSof Group, a consulting group combining the best mix of behavior and communication theory with new media technologies to facilitate change, learning, and support.
