Develop and maintain BMS according to ISO 9001 leading to successful implementation of ISO/ TS 16949 and ISO 14001 Manage NPI and PPAP/ PSW submission programs, coordinating customer/ supplier interfaces Drive improvements in Health & Safety management, including use of robust 5S programs, introducing a problem solving culture, using 8D disciplines and methodologies, across all levels of the business Coach and support the leadership team on application of quality systems thinking to their processes, working with all departments to improve the quality of existing processes
