- I was distinguished the best Leader-Communicator among more than 30 participants of International Leadership School 束Argo損 (Ukraine, 2010);
- I've developed my own approach in calculation logistics efficiency ratio in my Master's diploma work;
- I convinced the multinational team to accept my idea of a new product development in X
