I have been  appointed to be an English senior teacher in 2007 as a result of my hardworking as a teacher. My role is to train teachers and observe their performance in the classrooms .Raising students level is my responsibility .I analyze the ICTs  and final tests results with my group to  create an accumulative data base  for the following semester .My students are grouped into three groups and they are treated according to their individual differences Planning the continuous professional development for the English teachers is my favorite duty .
