1. Manages the administrative, human, financial and technical resources of the facility.
2. Maintains the integrity of the Center by liaising with external agencies to ensure that a positive image of the Center is projected within the community.
3. Provides reports to the National Drug Commission and the Board of Directors as required and in a timely manner.
4. Ensures that the Continuous Quality Improvement program is implemented and updated as required
