My interests include numerical methods for solid mechanics such as FEM, extended finite element method (XFEM), meshless/particle methods like the Element Free Galerkin Method (EFG) and Material Point Method (MPM) and the recently emerged isogeometric analysis (IGA). Typical application domains are crack modeling, damage analysis, multi-scale modelling of materials.
