Every so often we are fortunate enough to be presented with a priceless gift of an opportunity. I have been blessed with many of these gifts in my career. At Dell I loved the culture of connectedness and growth philosophy. At Accenture I loved the knowledge sharing atmosphere and focus on competency development and helping to make the customer successful. At LinkedIn I truly learnt what great culture and values are and about a culture of transformation – the big “T’s” and the little “t’s”.
