I'm passionate about building quality software and enjoy coaching organisations to improve the flow of their software delivery.
Having developed software for a wide range of industries, all the way from low-level device drivers through to web applications, I now spend my time helping clients transform the way they deliver software.
Through a combination of people focus and technical nous, I've helped teams change their culture and adopt practices to deliver better business outcomes, faster.
I run the Continuous Delivery meetup group in Wellington and help organise the DevOpsDays NZ conferences.
I'm also the project lead for the Concordion open-source project.
