Responsible for End to End Management of Training and Development Function as per business needs.
Pre Training :
• Capture Training Needs from performance appraisal forms & HOD inputs. Link performance to TND for Supervisors
• Identifying areas of training for existing & new employees.
• Developing TNA , GAP analysis based on Hiring Gaps, HOD feedbacks and Process Requirements.
• Create content based on identified Needs or organisation requirement & modules handy 1 week prior to delivery session
• Creating and publishing Process Calendar for Monthly trainings.
