Retired in September 2011 from NASA Langley with over thirty-seven years experience of conducting, managing and directing theoretical and experimental research to advance the state-of-the-art for high-performance aircraft. National expert in advanced aircraft technologies with an extensive knowledge of experimental and theoretical methods in the areas of advanced aerodynamics, propulsion systems and electromagnetics.
I coordinated the publication of three NASA Special Publications. The first two, Concept to Reality and Partners in Freedom, document the contributions of the NASA Langley Research Center to U.S. Civil and Military Aircraft of the 1990s. The third, Innovation i
