Born in 1974 and a native of Cambodia under the zodiac sign "Taurus" and "Tiger", Noy is representative of the working women on XXI century: brave, hardworking and swing with atypical career. License in hand, she began her career in an international law firm specializing in business law and corporations. After 5 years, she decided to abandon the comforts and confronts the communication business, choosing to surround herself. To complete her training, she studied in the United States at the University of Berkeley, a program incorporating the private university (International Diploma Programs). Since then; missions have increased progressively, from Scandinavia to the Middle East.
