Ovidio is a Network Technology Architecture Manager within the Network Cost Analysis Group. Currently is in charge of technology scouting of the Internet of Things and smart city.He is involved also to evaluate the opportunity of new commercial models to support the possible deployments.From 2013 -2014 he has been appointed as Moderator of the Vimpelcom Technology Strategy Working Group.
