 Think of a blocking situation in your life, you are stuck in it
 Take posture that represents your stuck. Like a statue
 Stay in this position and pay attention of your physical and emotional sensations. Stay present
yo your sensations.
 Name this 1st posture by one word ( Word 1)
 Gently, let the body move as it wants, toward a new position. Dont push mentally, let the body
do the work. Stay present to your movement, let yourself guide by your body.
 When the body wishes to stop the movement, take the new posture.
