Timi County Energy Management Association is an organization established, with Intelligent Energy Europe support, by the Timi County Council involving other five other partners: Timioara Municipality, Lodgers` Associations Federation Timioara, COLTERM Timioara thermal energy supplier, Politehnica University of Timioara and Timi County Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture.
