Manage and oversee day to day service delivery operation for a High-Tech Client, including managing the teams, implementing and improving standard processes and tools to drive operational efficiencies, and meet operational and financial commitments. Accountable for the delivery of the service to the client with responsibility for meeting the KPIs (SLAs and quality).
The team are responsible for delivering high calibre customer service to the Clients business customers - online merchants, online search engines/sites, web consumers, logistics providers, payment providers.
