About
Since leading the creation and launch of HarperCollins Christian Publishing's WestBow Press division in 2009, I have continued to help lead the division as we focus on providing publishing services to aspiring authors who want to self-publish their books.
From 2005-2009, I was responsible for the continued development, improvement, and implementation of our publishing process for Thomas Nelson Publishers.
From 2004-2005, I was a Group Publisher, leading several product groups within Nelson.
From 2000-2004, I launched and managed the Backlist Development department at Nelson which created many bestselling products based on previously published content.
