-Nominated and working on CICC (Central Inventory Control Committee) from JAN 2013 .The cell consisting of 5 members ,will be driving all the policy matters and drives for controlling inventory at company level .the cell is a subpart of B E Section.
The business involved in the forum will be of 500 Crores annually.
• Management & Planning cell
- Worked as Head planning and coordinator for 5S, QC, Continious Improvement initiative from June 2011 to Jan 2013 for Pyro smelter.This was an experimental dual role responsibility by Company.
