Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate the plan to implement the recommendations of the assessment of the implementation of the Country Focus Policy in PAHO/WHO, including the restructuring of the Country and Subregional Coordination (CSC) entity. Coordinate the development of the PAHO/WHO Country Cooperation Strategy (CCS) for Haiti. Focal point for matters related to the United States and Canada.
