I believe that my background in teaching and research in strategic management has prepared me for such a career. I have found research fascinating since my association as a research associate with IIM Lucknow, where I assigned to develop case studies for different seed money research projects. I worked under numerous academic responsibilities and research related activities, notably presented several research papers in the area of strategy at some of the leading International conferences viz.
